Our adult classes include a selection of group fitness classes and dance of various genres. Classes are suitable to all levels of fitness and experiences with nurturing instructors to guide you through the session. Our schedule includes specialist classes for low impact clients, clients over 60 and pre/postnatal mothers. Privates session for both pilates and personal training are available by request, with our qualified pilates instructor and our resident personal trainers. Our family friendly studios includes a large varied schedule made to fit anyone work/family/life balance. Children are welcome to accompany you to classes in our safe and secure studio spaces.

Stretch & strengthen - Over 60's
Moving a a slow and steady pace this class brings you the benefits of pilates and exercise without the impact. Appropriate for older bodies, those wanting to start slow or bodies returning from injury (with approval for exercise from health professionals).
Pilates - Barre
This class is suitable for pre/post natal clients who have clearance to exercise from their health professional. The class aims to get the body moving a slow pace with a continual connection to pelvic floor and abdominal stability, either supporting your exercise regime during pregnancy or helping regain connection, strength and confidence in your body postpartum.
Instructor and owner Sara is well versed in modifications for pregnancy and will keep you moving through any stage and ability.
Ballet - Jazz - Tap
Want to embrace your inner dancer or wishing to revisiting dance as an adult, this is the class for you. Taking interest for adult ballet, jazz tap based class or combination class.
